Many customers may not know this but we started offering our own limited dim sum menu items a few years ago, available all day, every day. These are not flash frozen from a food distrubutor but made fresh right in our own kitchen.

These are “Har Gao” shrimp dumplings, that are wrapped in a semi-translucent glutinous rice dough wrapper. The jumbo shrimp are chopped finely, lightly seasoned, and then hand-rolled like a meatball into their wrappers and then quickly steamed to perfection. The result is an explosion of fresh shrimp flavor the moment you bite into them.
